Alternative Dispute Resolution For Consumer Matters
In case of a consumer dispute and in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Legislative Instrument 500/2015, effective as of February 15, 2016, the consumer may use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for disputes arising from online purchases of goods, created by the European Commission. Through it, you can view the list of ODR entities, access links to each one, and initiate an online dispute resolution process.
